Volumetric titration

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-012625

A quantitative analytical method where the concentration of an analyte in a solution is determined by reacting it with a precisely known volume of a standard solution of known concentration. The equivalence point of the reaction is typically detected by an indicator or instrumental method. This technique relies on accurate volume measurements using glassware like burettes and pipettes.
