Derivative potentiometric titration

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003043

A titration method where the change in potential with respect to the volume of titrant added is monitored, rather than the potential itself. The equivalence point is determined from the maximum slope of the titration curve or the point where the second derivative equals zero. This approach provides a more precise determination of the equivalence point compared to direct potentiometric titration.
