An Organic Light-Emitting Diode, a display technology that uses organic compounds to emit light when an electric current is applied. Each pixel generates its own light, allowing for perfect blacks, high contrast ratios, and wide viewing angles. OLED displays are commonly found in high-end smartphones and televisions.
