Brownout

A reduction in voltage in an electrical power supply, often resulting in dimming lights and malfunctioning equipment. This condition is less severe than a blackout but can still cause damage to sensitive electronics or disrupt industrial processes. Brownouts can occur due to high demand or issues within the power grid.
