Power failure

A complete loss of electrical power supply to a specific area or system, often caused by faults in the power grid, equipment malfunctions, or natural disasters. This event can disrupt operations, cause data loss, and lead to safety hazards. Backup power systems, such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) or generators, mitigate the impact of power failures.
