FastWide SCSI

An enhanced version of the Small Computer System Interface (SCSI) standard, designed for connecting peripheral devices to computers. FastWide SCSI increased the data transfer rate to 20 megabytes per second (MB/s) and expanded the data bus width to 16 bits. This allowed for faster communication and support for more devices on a single bus compared to earlier SCSI versions.
