Newtonian mechanics
Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-003885
A branch of classical mechanics that describes the motion of macroscopic objects under the influence of forces, based on Isaac Newton's three laws of motion and his law of universal gravitation. It accurately predicts the behavior of objects at speeds much less than the speed of light. This framework is widely applied in engineering, astronomy, and everyday physics.
