Accessory after the fact

An individual who, knowing a felony has been committed, harbors, conceals, or aids the felon to hinder their apprehension, conviction, or punishment. This person did not participate in the commission of the felony itself. The actions constituting accessory after the fact must occur after the principal crime has been completed.
