Administrator de bonis non

An individual appointed by a court to manage and distribute the assets of a deceased person's estate when the previously appointed executor or administrator dies, resigns, or is removed before completing the administration. This appointment is necessary to finalize the settlement of the estate. The administrator de bonis non collects remaining assets, pays outstanding debts, and distributes the balance to the rightful heirs or beneficiaries.
