Administrator with will annexed

An individual appointed by a probate court to manage and distribute the estate of a deceased person when there is a valid will, but the named executor is unable or unwilling to serve. This role is identical to an administrator cum testamento annexo. The administrator is bound to follow the instructions outlined in the will, despite not being the executor originally designated by the testator.
