Cybersquatting

The registration, use, or sale of a domain name with the intent to profit from the goodwill of someone else's trademark. This practice often involves registering domain names that are identical or confusingly similar to existing trademarks. The Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act provides legal remedies against such activities.
