Definite trust beneficiaries

Individuals or entities clearly identified in a trust instrument as having a present or future interest in the trust's assets or income. Their identities must be ascertainable at the time the trust is created or within the perpetuity period. This clarity is a fundamental requirement for a valid private express trust.
