Incidental damages

Expenses incurred by the non-breaching party in a contract as a direct result of the other party's breach. These damages are typically minor costs, such as those for inspecting, transporting, or caring for goods after a breach, or for finding a substitute performance. They are recoverable in addition to direct damages and consequential damages.
