Logical fallacy

A flaw in reasoning that renders an argument invalid or unsound, even if the conclusion appears to be true. These errors in logic can undermine the persuasive power and validity of legal arguments. Examples include ad hominem attacks, straw man arguments, and appeals to emotion.
