Massachusetts trust

A business organization structured as a trust, where legal title to property is held by trustees for the benefit of certificate holders, who are the beneficiaries. This structure allows for centralized management by the trustees while providing limited liability to the beneficiaries, similar to a corporation. It is often used for real estate investment and is also known as a business trust or a common law trust.
