Present sense impression

A statement describing or explaining an event or condition made while the declarant is perceiving it or immediately thereafter. This type of statement is an exception to the hearsay rule because its spontaneity suggests a high degree of reliability, as there is little time for fabrication. It is admissible as evidence in court under Federal Rule of Evidence 803(1).
