Puffing

The act of making exaggerated or superlative claims about a product or service during a sale or advertisement. These statements are subjective opinions rather than verifiable facts, such as a salesperson calling a car "the most exciting drive." This practice is generally not considered misrepresentation because it lacks specific factual content.
