Substantial evidence

Evidence that a reasonable mind might accept as adequate to support a conclusion. This standard of proof is less demanding than a preponderance of the evidence but more than a mere scintilla of evidence. It is frequently applied in administrative law and appellate review to determine if an agency's findings are supported by the record.
