Wrongful constructive discharge

A situation where an employee resigns because the employer created intolerable working conditions, making continued employment impossible. The employee is treated as if they were actually fired, allowing them to pursue claims for wrongful termination. This legal concept requires proof that the employer intentionally created or knowingly permitted the adverse conditions.
