Electrometeor

A visible or audible atmospheric phenomenon associated with atmospheric electricity, such as lightning, thunder, St. Elmo's Fire, or aurora. These events are manifestations of electrical discharges or ionization processes within the atmosphere. Electrometeors are distinct from hydrometeors, which involve water in solid or liquid form.
