Frost hazard

The potential for damage or adverse effects caused by freezing temperatures and the formation of frost, particularly to agricultural crops, sensitive vegetation, or infrastructure. This hazard is assessed based on the likelihood and severity of frost events in a given area. Mitigation strategies include covering plants or using irrigation to raise temperatures.
