Goniometer

An instrument used to measure angles, particularly in the context of atmospheric science for determining the angular distribution of scattered light or radiation. It consists of a protractor with a movable arm, allowing precise measurement of angles between surfaces or directions. Goniometers are used in studies of atmospheric optics and remote sensing.
