Heat

The transfer of thermal energy between systems or objects due to a temperature difference. In meteorology, this energy exchange occurs through conduction, convection, and radiation, driving atmospheric processes and weather phenomena. The standard unit for measuring heat in the International System of Units (SI) is the joule.
