Kilomole

A unit of amount of substance equal to one thousand moles. A mole represents the amount of substance that contains as many elementary entities as there are atoms in 0.012 kilogram of carbon-12. In atmospheric chemistry, kilomoles are used to express the quantity of atmospheric gases or pollutants.
