Mole

A unit of measurement in chemistry and physics that represents a specific number of constituent particles, such as atoms or molecules. One mole is defined as the amount of substance that contains exactly 6.02214076 × 10^23 elementary entities, known as Avogadro's number. It is used to relate macroscopic quantities to microscopic properties of atmospheric constituents.
