Marigraph

An instrument designed to continuously record the height of the sea level, also known as a tide gauge. It typically consists of a float in a stilling well connected to a recording mechanism or a digital sensor. The marigraph produces a marigram, which is a graphical representation of the tidal fluctuations over time.
