Mozambique Current

A warm ocean current flowing southward along the coast of Mozambique in the western Indian Ocean. It is a western boundary current, part of the larger South Indian Ocean gyre, and transports warm, saline water from tropical regions towards higher latitudes. This current significantly influences regional climate and marine ecosystems.
