A severe, cold, and often violent snowstorm or blizzard that occurs in the tundra regions of Siberia. This weather phenomenon is characterized by strong winds, heavy snowfall, and extremely low temperatures, leading to whiteout conditions. It is similar to a buran and can significantly disrupt transportation and human activity.
