Siphon barograph
Term · Meteorology and atmospheric science · MLC-T-MET-008905
A type of barograph that uses a siphon barometer to record atmospheric pressure changes over time. The instrument typically employs a float on the mercury surface in the barometer's cistern, which is connected to a pen that traces a continuous line on a rotating drum. This provides a continuous graphical record of pressure variations.
