Subantarctic front

A major oceanic front in the Southern Ocean, characterized by a sharp temperature gradient and a change in water mass properties. It marks the northern boundary of the Subantarctic Zone and is a key component of the Antarctic Circumpolar Current. This front is typically found between 48°S and 55°S latitude.
