Blockage

An obstruction within a wellbore or flowline that restricts the passage of fluids, leading to reduced production or complete cessation of flow. Blockages can be caused by scale deposition, paraffin buildup, sand accumulation, or mechanical failures. Identifying the location and nature of a blockage is a primary objective of production testing and intervention operations.
