Describing two or more tubulars or casings that are placed one inside the other, sharing the same central axis. This arrangement is common in well construction, where smaller diameter casing strings are run inside larger ones to isolate different formations or provide structural integrity. The annular space between concentric strings can be cemented or left open for fluid circulation.
