High-side toolface

The angle between a directional tool's toolface and the high side of the hole, measured clockwise when looking downhole, in a plane cut across the hole. Zero degrees points to the high side, where the tool builds inclination, and 180 degrees points to the low side, where inclination drops. It is also called gravity toolface and serves where inclination is above about 5 degrees.
