Meter factor

A dimensionless multiplier applied to a meter's raw reading to correct for inaccuracies and provide a true volume measurement. It is determined during calibration by comparing the meter's output to a known reference volume. The meter factor accounts for deviations caused by mechanical wear, fluid properties, or operating conditions.
