Multiphase fluid

A mixture of two or more distinct fluid phases, such as oil, gas, and water, that coexist within a reservoir or flow through a wellbore or pipeline. These phases can be immiscible and have different physical properties. The behavior of multiphase fluids is complex and influences production rates and equipment design.
