Production log
Term · Oil and gas · MLC-T-OAG-002953
A suite of downhole measurements recorded in a producing well to evaluate fluid flow characteristics and reservoir performance. It includes data such as fluid velocity, density, temperature, and holdup, which are used to identify producing zones, locate fluid entries, and diagnose wellbore problems. These logs are typically run during the well's production life.
