Superposition in space
Term · Oil and gas · MLC-T-OAG-003693
A principle used in well test analysis to account for the pressure response from multiple wells or reservoir boundaries. It states that the total pressure change at any point in the reservoir is the sum of the pressure changes caused by each individual well or boundary. This concept is applied to model interference tests and analyze complex reservoir geometries.
