CMOS image sensor

Term · Semiconductors · MLC-T-SEM-000065

A type of image sensor that converts light into electrical signals using complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor technology. Each pixel in a CIS array contains a photodiode and active transistors for signal amplification and readout. CIS devices are widely used in digital cameras, smartphones, and other imaging applications due to their low power consumption and high integration capabilities.
