Laminated object manufacturing
Term · Additive manufacturing and 3D printing · MLC-T-ADM-000191
An additive manufacturing process that builds 3D objects by successively laminating and cutting thin layers of material, typically paper or plastic sheets. A laser or blade cuts the outline of each layer, and adhesive bonds the layers together. Unused material remains as support, which is then removed after printing.
