Alternating copolymer
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-000453
A copolymer in which the monomeric units are arranged in a strictly alternating sequence along the polymer chain. This regular arrangement results from specific reactivity ratios of the monomers during copolymerization. For example, a polymer formed from monomers A and B would have a structure of -A-B-A-B-A-B-.
