Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-000560

Relating to the rapid and heightened immune response that occurs upon re-exposure to an antigen previously encountered by the immune system. This secondary response is characterized by faster onset, greater magnitude, and often higher affinity antibody production compared to the primary response.
