Beam walking test

A behavioral assessment used in neurotoxicology and neuroscience research to evaluate motor coordination, balance, and fine motor skills in rodents. The test involves observing an animal's ability to traverse a narrow elevated beam without falling. Performance is typically quantified by the time taken to cross, the number of slips, or the number of falls.
