Biological tolerance values for working materials

Maximum permissible concentrations of a chemical substance or its metabolites in biological fluids or tissues of exposed workers that do not cause adverse health effects. These values are established to protect workers from health risks associated with occupational exposure. They serve as guidelines for assessing the effectiveness of control measures in the workplace.
