Colorimeter

Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002251

An instrument used to measure the absorbance of light by a solution at a specific wavelength, allowing for the determination of the concentration of a colored substance. It operates by passing a beam of light through a sample and measuring the intensity of the transmitted light. Colorimeters are widely used in analytical chemistry for quantitative analysis.
