Controlled temperature program
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-002533
A predetermined sequence of temperature changes applied to a sample during a thermal analysis experiment. This program can involve heating, cooling, or isothermal segments, often with specific rates of temperature change. It is a fundamental parameter in techniques such as differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).
