Simultaneous technique
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-010886
A method in thermal analysis where two or more different thermal analysis techniques are applied to the same sample at the same time. This allows for the correlation of multiple physical or chemical changes occurring during a single temperature program. An example is simultaneous thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC).
