Cramp

A sudden, involuntary, and often painful contraction of one or more muscles. These contractions can range in intensity from mild discomfort to severe pain and can last from a few seconds to several minutes. Muscle cramps are frequently associated with dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, or muscle fatigue.
