Tetanic

Relating to or characterized by tetanus, a state of sustained muscle contraction without relaxation. This condition results from rapid, successive stimulation of a muscle fiber, leading to the fusion of individual twitch responses. It is often associated with neurological disorders or exposure to certain toxins that affect neuromuscular transmission.
