Electrochemical constants
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-003655
A set of fundamental physical constants and defined values frequently used in electrochemical calculations and analysis. These include the Faraday constant, which relates charge to the amount of substance, and the gas constant, used in the Nernst equation. The standard hydrogen electrode potential is a defined reference point, set to exactly zero volts at all temperatures, against which other electrode potentials are measured.
