Epoxy polymer
Term · Chemistry · MLC-T-CHM-004049
A class of thermosetting polymers formed by the reaction of an epoxide resin with a hardener or curing agent, typically polyamines or anhydrides. These polymers are characterized by their excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, and mechanical properties after curing. Epoxy polymers are widely used as adhesives, coatings, and matrices for composite materials.
